These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between
Prilive Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”).
By accessing or using any of our websites, products, or AI-driven DevOps services
(collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to
be bound by these Terms and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. Description of Services
We provide AI-driven DevOps solutions that may include, but are not limited to, server provisioning,
CI/CD automation, monitoring, and AI-based decision-making support (“devopspoint” and other
related tools). While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee
that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration. In order to access certain features of our Services, you may be required
to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
and to keep that information updated.
4.2 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us
of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
5. AI Usage and Limitations
Our Services incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning models. While these tools
aim to provide efficient DevOps solutions and recommendations, the output is not guaranteed to be
error-free or suited for every scenario. You acknowledge that final decisions or actions based on
AI-generated suggestions remain your responsibility.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services in any way that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
- Introduces viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Attempts to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of our Services or the data of other users.
- Engages in any form of unauthorized data mining or scraping of our Services.
7. Intellectual Property

made available through the Services are the exclusive property of Prilive Inc. or its licensors

8. Fees and Payment

you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. You authorize us or our third-party payment
processors to charge your payment method for any paid features. All fees are non-refundable
unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Term and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice,
for conduct that violates these Terms or if we believe your use of the Services may harm us or
other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available”
basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that
the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any
defects will be corrected. All AI-generated outputs and recommendations are provided “as is.”
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Prilive Inc. or its directors,
employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible
losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any conduct or content
of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; and (d) unauthorized
access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prilive Inc., its affiliates, and their respective
directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses,
liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees)
arising from your use of and access to the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make material
changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use
of the Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms at our discretion.
